Time to Practice the 4 Questions!

Welcome back to Religious School after our Spring Break!

We continue with our curriculum theme for March/April: Tradition. This theme uses the traditions of Purim and Pesach to anchor the exploration of the wide variety of Jewish traditions: family-based and personal, Ashkenazi and Sephardic, ancient and contemporary, spiritual and material. This month we will be focusing on (re-)learning the four questions for our Passover seders.  Our Model Seder, led by Rabbi Aviva Bass, is coming up on April 17th. Parents welcome! And of course our students will be providing the matzah, parsley, and other and seder plate food items.

A Taste of Confirmation: Getting to Know You, with Rabbi Bass begins Sunday, April 3rd at 11 am for all post-b’jai mitzvah students in the Rabbi’s Study!

Junior Youth Group with Morah Rivka will be tomorrow, April 3rd, 12-1 pm. We will be asking for volunteers for the April 17th afternoon PJ Library Program and planning our May Israel Day mitzvah project.
